Kahuna
The Kahuna models are the simplest to assemble, having the fewest frame pieces. With practice, assembly will take 20 minutes.
Length 4.5m x 63.5cm Beam (14'9" x 25"). Weight 16kg (35lb).
Standard equipment includes nylon spray skirt & sea sock, deck-lines & rigging, travel-style backpack. Repair kit includes pieces of all kayak skin and accessory fabrics, two Aquaseal, one Cotol, one 1oz Boeshield, sand paper, mixing sticks, two quick patches.
Kahuna cockpit size : 70 x 41cm (27.5 x 16")
Hatches & rudder are options. Upgrades can be made to the standard nylon spray skirt & sea sock to the double coated nylon; or a combo neoprene nylon spray skirt. The hatches can be upgraded to the double coated nylon; and a reinforcement deck strip can also be added.
